ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Chris Spagnesi, and I’m the founder of Fellowship & Fitness, a private training gym based in Orlando. I’m a certified personal trainer, but more than that, I’m a lifelong student of strength and movement. My training philosophy is rooted in the belief that strength is best developed in an environment of camaraderie, guidance, and safety.

I’ve spent years exploring every corner of fitness — from weightlifting and resistance training to running, martial arts, archery, and sport. Training has been my constant adventure, and through both victories and mistakes, I’ve built not only a stronger body but also a stronger mind and heart.

Along the way, I’ve pushed too hard, under-recovered, overcompensated, and battled injuries. I’ve learned from every one of those missteps. They’ve sharpened my perspective and refined my approach. Now, I’m committed to helping others avoid those pitfalls and build real, lasting strength.

I draw inspiration from both classic strength coaches and modern evidence-based training methods. But more than techniques and programs, what drives me is the idea of fellowship — training together, supporting one another, and creating an environment where beginners and early intermediates can learn without judgment, ask questions freely, and develop the confidence to train for life.

Not at all. My job is to meet you where you’re at. Together, we’ll build your strength, confidence, and fitness step by step.

Each session is 60 minutes. That gives us enough time for proper warm-up, strength training, conditioning, and cooldown.

Most clients train 2x per week. That’s enough to see progress without overwhelming your schedule. Some choose to add a third day, depending on their goals.

Your safety comes first. I’ll adapt training to your needs, focusing on proper technique and smart progression so you can train without fear of re-injury.

Yes — I can provide nutrition guidance to help support your goals. While training builds strength, nutrition fuels your progress.
